Do I need to be present at pickup?
No. As long as the seller is aware we are coming and the item is ready, we handle everything at the collection point independently.
Will you carry it up the stairs?
Yes. Unlike standard courier services, we offer a room-of-choice service. Please let us know how many flights of stairs during booking.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely online via Stripe once we quote you. We do not accept cash on delivery for marketplace pickups.
