We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for the best availability. However, we do offer same-day moves subject to availability. Just enter your details and we'll show you what's open.
Yes! You can reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your moving day. Changes within 48 hours may incur a £30 rescheduling fee to cover our operational costs.
We offer flexible time slots throughout the day: Morning (8am–12pm), Afternoon (12pm–4pm), and Evening (4pm–8pm). You can also request a specific time for a small premium.
Our pricing is based on the distance between addresses, the size of your move (home size or number of items), and the number of movers required. You see the full cost upfront before booking — no hidden fees.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You can pay a deposit to confirm or the full amount upfront.
Yes. A £40 deposit secures your booking. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your move, the deposit is fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours have a £60 fee.
Absolutely not. What we quote is what you pay. Fuel charges and VAT are all included in the price you see at checkout. We believe in complete pricing transparency.
Yes. All items are covered by our comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance up to £100,000. This covers loss and damage during transportation. High-value items receive specialist handling.
Fragile items receive extra protection — professional wrapping, dedicated boxes, and specialist handling by trained movers. TV boxes and protective blankets are included free with every move.
In the rare event of damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We process claims quickly and fairly. Our damage rate is just 0.1% — one of the lowest in the industry.
Our storage starts from £3.40/week. Items are kept in secure, climate-controlled units with 24/7 CCTV monitoring. Your first delivery from storage is free. Additional deliveries are available from £10.
Items are accessed via our delivery service. You can request a delivery at any time through your account dashboard. First delivery is free, and subsequent deliveries start from £10.
There's no minimum or maximum storage duration. You can store items for as little as a week or as long as you need. Billing is weekly and you can cancel anytime with 7 days notice.
You can cancel for free more than 48 hours before your move. Cancellations within 48 hours have a £60 fee. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. We keep our policy fair and transparent.
The driver will attempt to contact you twice. If unreachable, you have 48 hours to reschedule (£30 fee). After that, the booking is cancelled with a £60 fee.
